Indication and contraindication
I. Indications
Suitable for السكتة الدماغية patients (with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction) who have the following hand dysfunction, used for auxiliary إعادة التأهيل training:
1)Hand motor dysfunction: Difficulty in finger flexion and extension, weak grasping ability, limited joint movement; suitable for improving hand motor flexibility and coordination.
2)Muscle and joint issues: Hand muscle atrophy, abnormal muscle tone (mild to moderate), joint stiffness; suitable for preventing disuse muscle atrophy and joint contracture.
3)إعادة التأهيل stage adaptation: Covers the acute phase (after stable condition), recovery phase and sequelae phase of السكتة الدماغية. Based on the patient's muscle strength level (priority for grade 1-3), passive, assisted and التدريب النشط can be carried out to assist hand function recovery.
II. Contraindications
The device is strictly prohibited in the following cases to avoid health risks:
1)Severe limb injury: Unhealed fractures, dislocations, severe trauma of the hand, or unremoved sutures from postoperative wounds.
2)Severe skin problems: Severe skin diseases of the hand (such as eczema, ulcers, infections), large-area burns, or complete loss of skin sensation.
